Lavender Shop and Gardens

Last fall, the Mister and I, took a trip to Virginia. Before spending a few days at the beach, we visited some interesting small towns. One was Harrisonburg, Virginia. It's the home of the White Oak Lavender Shop and Gardens... field after field of wonderfully scented lavender and beautiful color.




They have a gift shop, winery, and interactive gardens.


 They sell EVERYTHING lavender.... beautiful lavender - themed gifts...


lavender wine, lavender ice cream!
  fresh lavender bouquets!


I really enjoyed my afternoon there and if you're in the area, stop by... you won't be disappointed!

      They had a lot of rain so there wasn't as much color as usual but it was still beautiful!

    Hello, I love the scent of lavender. It is wonderful to visit the lavender farm, I have been to one in Oregon. Beautiful views of the farm, monarch and the flowers. Enjoy your day, wishing you a happy new week ahead!

    I have always wanted to go to a lavender farm! WOW! It's neat and what fun I would have in the gift shop! I'll do a search and look at exactly where that is...maybe we can travel in that area some day! Hugs!
