An Amish Gathering

An Amish gathering in a home to worship on a chilly, Sunday morning. The Amish don't gather in a church building because they believe that they don't have to. They believe God can be worshipped anywhere and consider their daily lives part of worship.

  1. I think the Armish are right. He's not much of a God if he only notices when you go to church. Great shots and great insight.

    1. That's true. God is not a building or a religion...it's a personal relationship with Him.♥

  11. I like their interesting perspective! This is what the pandemic is showing us now, isn't it? God is everywhere. We don't need temples and churches to pray anymore.

  13. I can absolutely relate to this. God is 'omnipresent and omniscient'. 'Faith' does not require you to go to a Church, Mandir, Gurudwara and likes. How one conducts oneself on a daily basis or in short 'karma' is kind of worship as they rightly believe and follow.
