INGREDIENTS
·
1 cup
shredded cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, any kind of cheese that melts well. (I
use bagged)
·
1/2
cup GRATED parmesan, or Asiago, other hard, dry, grated cheese. ( I grate
Asiago. It's a stronger cheese but I like the flavor it adds.)
·
2
eggs
·
2
tbsp everything bagel seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Preheat
oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Divide the mixture equally into six parts and press into a well-greased donut pan.
NOTE: 2nd time, I made them bigger, I got five)
4. Sprinkle
everything bagel seasoning over the tops of the egg and cheese mixture.
6. IMPORTANT: when
you are ready to eat them, slice, toast, and let them sit for a few minutes to crisp
up. They slice very well.
Let them cool before removing them from the pan to prevent sticking.
